How much do you charge for delivery across the UK?

Standard delivery is 100% free on every duvet cover and bedding set sent anywhere in the United Kingdom. There are no minimum spend thresholds or surprise checkout surcharges.

How long will it take for my bedding order to arrive?

Orders received before 2:00 PM (UK Time) require 1–2 business days for warehouse preparation, followed by 3–7 business days of courier transit. Total expected delivery time is 4–9 business days (Monday to Friday).

What if a duvet set doesn't match my bedroom or is the wrong size?

We provide a 28-day return window. Every parcel includes a prepaid return shipping label inside the package. As long as the bedding is brand-new, unwashed, and in its original retail bag, you can return it by mail completely free of charge.

Are there any restocking or return carriage deductions?

None at all. We do not deduct restocking fees, and return postage is 100% free when using the enclosed prepaid return label.

When will my refund be completed?

Once your returned item arrives at our facility and passes inspection, your refund is processed within 3 working business days back to your original Visa or Mastercard account.

What payment methods are accepted at checkout?

To ensure high payment security and protect your details, we exclusively accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. We do not accept other forms of payment.
