1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and all purchase agreements are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

2. Product Range, Sizing & Pricing

• All goods sold on this site are brand-new duvet covers, bedding sets, and home textiles intended for domestic residential use.
• All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP / £) and include statutory UK sales taxes.
• We make every effort to display true fabric colors, patterns, and dimensions accurately. Please ensure you select the appropriate UK duvet dimensions prior to completing checkout.

3. Formation of Contract

An order placed by a customer constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding sales contract is formed only when our dispatch facility completes processing and transfers your parcel to the carrier service.

4. Permitted Payment Methods
