Returns & Refunds Policy

2. Return Conditions & Bedding Inspection
For a voluntary return under our 28-day policy, home bedding products should be returned:
- Clean, undamaged, and in resalable condition
- Unwashed and unused (bedding must not have been slept in, used for sleeping, or put through domestic washing machines)
- In their original retail packaging with all branded card inserts, clear PVC sleeves, and ribbon ties intact

Customers may reasonably unpack and inspect linens indoors against their mattress to assess fabric feel, weave, and color matching.
Hygiene & Domestic Use Clause
Due to personal hygiene and home bedding standards, duvet sets that have been slept in, laundered, stained with cosmetics, or smelling of domestic perfumes/detergents do not qualify for voluntary 28-day return where their condition prevents clean, sanitary resale.
