What if a duvet set doesn't match my bedroom or is the wrong size?
We provide a 28-day return window. Every parcel includes a prepaid return shipping label inside the package. As long as the bedding is brand-new, unwashed, and in its original retail bag, you can return it by mail completely free of charge.
Are there any restocking or return carriage deductions?

Returns & Refunds Policy

This 28-day return period is in addition to, and does not replace or limit, any statutory legal rights you maintain under applicable United Kingdom consumer protection legislation.
2. Return Conditions & Bedding Inspection
For a voluntary return under our 28-day policy, home bedding products should be returned:
- Clean, undamaged, and in resalable condition
- Unwashed and unused (bedding must not have been slept in, used for sleeping, or put through domestic washing machines)
- In their original retail packaging with all branded card inserts, clear PVC sleeves, and ribbon ties intact
- With all matching components included (duvet cover, pillowcases, and fitted sheets where applicable)
- In a condition that allows our warehouse staff to verify fabric cleanliness and hygiene standards
Customers may reasonably unpack and inspect linens indoors against their mattress to assess fabric feel, weave, and color matching.
Hygiene & Domestic Use Clause
Due to personal hygiene and home bedding standards, duvet sets that have been slept in, laundered, stained with cosmetics, or smelling of domestic perfumes/detergents do not qualify for voluntary 28-day return where their condition prevents clean, sanitary resale. This does not affect any statutory rights where an item is proven faulty, defective, or non-conforming under UK law.
