How much do you charge for delivery across the UK?
Standard delivery is 100% free on every duvet cover and bedding set sent anywhere in the United Kingdom. There are no minimum spend thresholds or surprise checkout surcharges.
How long will it take for my bedding order to arrive?
Orders received before 2:00 PM (UK Time) require 1–2 business days for warehouse preparation, followed by 3–7 business days of courier transit. Total expected delivery time is 4–9 business days (Monday to Friday).
What if a duvet set doesn't match my bedroom or is the wrong size?

Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to shop with complete peace of mind at Top Bargain. If a duvet cover set or bedding accessory is not quite the right color or size for your bedroom, you may return it under our 28-day voluntary return policy. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
1. 28-Day Voluntary Return Window
For eligible duvet covers and bedding sets, we provide a 28-calendar-day voluntary return window, beginning from the date your package is marked as delivered by the carrier.
To request a return, simply follow the straightforward mail return instructions provided below within 28 calendar days of receiving your order.
This 28-day return period is in addition to, and does not replace or limit, any statutory legal rights you maintain under applicable United Kingdom consumer protection legislation.
2. Return Conditions & Bedding Inspection
For a voluntary return under our 28-day policy, home bedding products should be returned:
- Clean, undamaged, and in resalable condition
- Unwashed and unused (bedding must not have been slept in, used for sleeping, or put through domestic washing machines)
- In their original retail packaging with all branded card inserts, clear PVC sleeves, and ribbon ties intact
- With all matching components included (duvet cover, pillowcases, and fitted sheets where applicable)
- In a condition that allows our warehouse staff to verify fabric cleanliness and hygiene standards
Customers may reasonably unpack and inspect linens indoors against their mattress to assess fabric feel, weave, and color matching.
Hygiene & Domestic Use Clause
Due to personal hygiene and home bedding standards, duvet sets that have been slept in, laundered, stained with cosmetics, or smelling of domestic perfumes/detergents do not qualify for voluntary 28-day return where their condition prevents clean, sanitary resale. This does not affect any statutory rights where an item is proven faulty, defective, or non-conforming under UK law.
3. Your Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.
Where applicable, UK consumers hold statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or otherwise non-conforming goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Where a statutory right applies, it takes absolute precedence over any conflicting provision of this voluntary returns policy.
4. How to Use Your Prepaid Return Label (Step-by-Step Mail Return)
To eliminate return hassle, a pre-printed, prepaid return shipping label is already enclosed inside every delivery parcel.
There are zero return carriage charges and zero restocking fees for eligible returns made under our 28-day policy.
Step 1 — Repack the Bedding Set
Carefully refold the clean, unwashed duvet cover and matching pillowcases back into their original clear retail packaging or protective mailer bag.
Step 2 — Affix the Return Label
Firmly seal the parcel using standard packaging tape. Peel and adhere the enclosed prepaid return label clearly onto the outer flat face of the package, ensuring any original delivery barcodes or address details are completely covered.
Step 3 — Hand Over to the Carrier
Take your parcel to the nearest post office branch or designated courier collection drop-off location specified on the return label. Always request and retain a proof of postage receipt until your return and refund are fully completed.
- Return Postage: £0.00 for eligible returns
- Restocking Fee: £0.00 / Zero cost
- Return Route: Mail return using the prepaid label supplied inside your parcel
5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
We pack our home textiles carefully, but manufacturing or transit mishaps can occasionally happen. If a duvet set arrives with faulty stitching, broken buttons/zippers, or if an incorrect pattern or size was dispatched, please inform our team within 48 hours of receipt (or as soon as reasonably possible).
Please email support@top-bargain.co.uk with your Order Number, a brief summary of the fault, and clear photographs showing the defect or the incorrect product size tag received.
Where a product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we will provide an immediate remedy in accordance with UK consumer law (including free replacement parts, an exchange, or a 100% full refund). You will never be asked to pay return carriage for damaged or incorrectly delivered goods.
6. Returns Inspection & Refund Settlement (Within 3 Days)
To ensure total clarity, our entire inspection and refund process is completed within a single, guaranteed timeframe:
- Total Processing Time (Within 3 Days): Within 3 business days of receiving your returned item at our facility, our team will complete the product inspection and issue your full refund directly back to your original payment card (Visa or Mastercard).
- Statutory Consumer Protection: The inspection of returned goods does not limit or affect your statutory cancellation rights under applicable UK consumer protection law.
- Settlement Currency & Zero Fees: All refunds are issued in British Pounds Sterling (GBP / £) with zero restocking fees or hidden administrative deductions.
- Banking Clearing Timeframe: Once our team has issued your refund within our 3-business-day window, please allow your card issuer's standard clearing timeframe (typically 3–5 working days) for the credit to appear on your bank statement.
